WHY BUY WHOLE BEANS?

Ground coffee starts losing aroma within days. Whole beans, by contrast, hold their character for weeks. Grind just before brewing and every cup tastes like the day the batch was roasted. For anyone with a grinder at home, beans are simply the better buy.

SHADE-GROWN AT ALTITUDE

Our beans grow slowly under native shade, high in the Chikmagalur hills. That slow ripening builds sweetness and depth that plains-grown coffee cannot match. We hand-pick, sun-dry, and roast the beans in small batches right on the farm. As a result, these Chikmagalur roasted coffee beans reach you weeks fresher than store-bought packs.

HOW TO USE THEM

Grind medium-fine for a South Indian filter, coarse for a French press, or fine for espresso and moka pot. Use one heaped tablespoon per cup, then adjust to taste. Additionally, store the beans in an airtight jar away from heat and sunlight — never in the fridge.
