Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of food products such as coffee powder, spices, and honey, we follow a strict refund and return policy.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Expired product delivered
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions for Return
• Product must be unused
• Product must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• Images of damaged product required
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened coffee powder
• Opened spice packets
• Honey bottles once opened
• Perishable food items
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
• Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
• Refund will be credited to original payment method
• Razorpay processing time may vary depending on bank
Replacement
If eligible, we may offer replacement instead of refund.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
