Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹599 ship FREE anywhere in India (honey excluded — see below).
• Orders below ₹599: flat ₹59 delivery fee.
• Honey: honey is an MRP product from our partner apiary and doesn’t count toward the ₹599 free-delivery threshold. It ships at actual India Post weight-based cost, calculated automatically at checkout — small bottles added to a coffee order often ship at no extra cost. Maximum 3 kg of honey per order.

Final shipping charges are always displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Karnataka: 2 to 4 days
• South India: 3 to 5 days
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 days

Delivery timelines may vary during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking ID, courier details, and estimated delivery date.

Payment Issues

If a payment fails or times out, your order stays reserved for 48 hours — complete it from the link in your order email, or contact us and we’ll help.
