WHY 80:20 IS THE TRADITIONAL CHOICE
Chicory gives filter coffee its deep colour, thick body and bold edge. At 20%, it brings out the strongest, most robust version of the classic taste. Moreover, the higher chicory share helps the decoction stay rich even with milk and jaggery or sugar. This is the ratio most old-school coffee houses in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu still swear by.
COFFEE FROM OUR OWN ESTATE
The coffee in this blend is a mix of Arabica and Robusta grown on our Chikmagalur estate in the Western Ghats. We roast in small batches, blend with quality chicory, and pack immediately. As a result, the powder arrives at your door weeks fresher than store-bought brands.
