We roast the beans medium dark and grind them ready to brew. As a result, the cup is clean, aromatic and layered. High-altitude Arabica carries a natural sweetness. Because there is no chicory, you taste all of it. It is best enjoyed black — smooth, with no bitterness.
Our beans are shade-grown and hand-picked on the estate. After harvest, we roast in small batches and pack fresh. Many customers switch to pure coffee powder without chicory after years of drinking blends. Most never go back.
Chikmagalur is the birthplace of Indian coffee. Our estate sits among pepper vines and citrus trees, and the coffee grows under native shade. This slow growth at altitude builds the depth of flavour that makes pure Arabica special.
The 500g pack is our best value for regular drinkers — enough for a month of daily brewing. It works beautifully in a traditional South Indian filter, a French press, or a drip machine. Brewing tip: use one heaped tablespoon per cup, then adjust to taste. For filter coffee, let the decoction drip slowly for 15–20 minutes. Additionally, store the pack in an airtight jar away from sunlight — the aroma stays fresh for weeks.
